CAROLs Hideaway Policy Requirements

I agree to rent the suite at 160 Pembrook Drive, Gilbertsville, KY. for the confirmed dates. By signing, I agree to abide by the policies below. I understand that the property owner is not responsible for any personal damage, loss or injury.

In General: We have tried to provide a comfortable, fun, relaxing and quiet atmosphere for your holiday. We ask that you treat the suite with respect. We ask that there is NO SMOKING in the building, but there are portable sandpots outside for your convenience. NO PETS allowed. The suite is located in a quiet residential area and is a pleasant retreat to relax and have fun. Care needs to be taken to keep noise levels down before 8:00am and after 10:00pm in respect of our neighbors. It is NOT a place for loud parties, loud music, or wild children. Any complaints received will have to be acted on and you may be requested to leave. Renter is responsible for any damages done to amenities or property.

Reservation Deposit: We request a 50% non-refundable deposit, (money order, personal or cashier's check or by credit card via 'PayPal' ) to be received within 7 days after making your reservation.
Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Number of People: The suite is exclusively for the use of renter (s) who signed the Rental Agreement. NO exceptions please.

Cleaning Up: We ask that you leave the suite in the same condition you found it in when you arrived. Bed linens may stay on the beds and towels may be left in the utility room. Please check our guest book before departing.

Send these two signed forms plus non-refundable deposit in form of a money order or cashier's check to the address on top of the rental agreement.
